This was a great opportunity for me to see a second round of Xero Training from the clients' perspective, what common questions were, and if they had progressed from their first sessions. What I didn’t fully appreciate beforehand was how different businesses use Xero on a day-to-day basis, and, crucially, the data they needed for their business!

When we were invited to set up a small business on Xero, we expected to be able to do it with our eyes closed. When we discovered that the business in question was an Australian trust that needed to file their Q1 BAS, and they were only in London for the next few days, we had to be on top of our game!
